He is the head of the secretariat of the Consortium of Business Development Service Providers of Liberia and the Founder and CEO of GUSCEMAN, INC. focused on Business Development & Support Services including business consulting, Training designs and deliveries of various kind; institutional capacity building, etc. Before moving to his own company, he worked for a number of institutions including Cuttington University and the most recent was for the International Executive Service Corps (IESC) a Washington DC based entity that was implementing the USAID Investing for Business Expansion (IBEX) project in Liberia. He served IESC as the Deputy Chief of Party with oversight responsibilities of managing operations, designing and delivering capacity building programs for SMEs in the Liberian market and leading the sustainability component of the project; at the same time managing the technical team of business analysts and support staff. He has over 16 years of private sector experience.

He holds an MBA in Finance with emphasis in investment and several certificates in Business Development, Financial Management, Grant and project management, Economic Development, IFC Business Edge Suite and religious education. Gus is a Rotarian, Past President of Rotary Club of Sinkor and is currently a member of the Rotary District 9101 Training team and the District Trainer Representation for Liberia and participates in various Rotary training activities across 10 countries in West Africa and believes in service to his community

Cllr. Pape Suah is a lawyer and has practiced for many years and currently serves as the Legal Counsel for Afriland First Bank in Liberia. He is an active member of the Liberia National Bar Association (LNBA). He studied at the University of Liberia where he received his bachelor and later enrolled and graduated from the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law and had attended several trainings that have prepared him to render service to his community and Country, Liberia

A committed knowledgeable and capable Registered Nurse with extensive experience in public health nursing, neurological and medical-surgical nursing. Significant work in low resource settings, global health, and humanitarian action. Experienced in project and team management. A confident presenter, mentor, and educator. 

Mr. Mariano Della Chiesa

Marian is an engineer from the Switzerland and had the opportunity of coming to Liberia in 2009 to make his contribution to the development process of Liberia when he participated in the development of lowland rice cultivation. This project was sponsored by the European Union. Mariano has a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering from Italy and looks forward to making continuous contribution to his home Country and Africa, particular, Liberia.

Mrs. Cecelia C. K. Flomo

Cecelia C. K. Flomo has worked very hard and achieved two Masters in Public health; with one from Cuttington University in Liberia and one from the Royal Tropical Institute in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The one in Liberia is in general public health while the one from the Royal Tropical Institute is an International Course in Health Development.   She has successfully attended several trainings and conferences that have helped her in her work. She is currently working as the Registrar for the Liberian Board for Nursing and Midwifery and running both the policy framework and the full administrative activities of that body. She is an administrator, a leader, and a team player and has participated in several activities including policy development and implementation, curriculum structuring,  research, assessment  & evaluation, and  creating linkages and institutional partnerships while serving the health sector in Liberia.  She was also a part of the teaching team of a special public health diploma program hosted by the University of Liberia and the Tubman National Institute of Medical Arts. This program was sponsored by USAID and implemented by the Indiana University of the USA. She is a Council member of the West African College of Nursing (WACN). She currently serves on several national health committees and working to ensure quality health workforce by working with institutions involved with Nursing and Midwifery education in Liberia.She served as a campus nurse at the Cuttington University in Suakoko, Bong County, Liberia, from 2005-2008 where she conducted a number of health assessments, carried out nursing care, participated in the Bong County Health team health statistics collection and processing, and organized health talks on health issues relevant to the community.

Dorbor is a Finance Analyst at ArcelorMittal Liberia and a board member of GUSCEMAN, INC. ArcelorMittal is a multinational Steel and Mining company where he handles accounts on Taxes, Scholarship programs, Bank and GLs Reconciliation, Ticketing, Payables and others. Before joining ArcelorMittal, Dorbor worked for Ecobank Liberia as Bulk Teller and rose through the banking system up to an Operation Manager level. He also worked as an account clerk at Cuttington University in his early career days. He is currently a graduating student at the Texila American University, MBA in Costing and Financials and holds a BSc in Accounting from Cuttington University. Dorbor is a member of Institute of Management Accountants, USA, and holds certificate in Peace and Conflict Resolutions. As a progressive man, he holds several other certificates in banking operations and has deep passion for food security and institutional sustainability.

Blacology 2016.President of AgData Computer Software for 50 years for computer financial management for business including Liberian payroll calculations.  Board and founding member of American Ag Computer Companies.City of Gridley Mayor and Councilman 12 years, Chairman of Butte County Economic Development Cmt.  Butte Couty Water ComissionGridley (Calif, USA) Rotary Past President, Past District 5180 International Services ChairmanDeacon of Episcopal Church with Missionary work to Liberia and Honduras.  Member of Global Episcopal Ministries Network.  Member of Liberian Children’s Schooling Project, charitable 501(c)3 in USA.
