The entity focuses on Business Consulting, Institutional Capacity Building, strategic economic advocacies, community development and empowerment programs, economic and market research, assessments and evaluations, web-based solutions for system and people, youth entrepreneurship initiatives, and creating market linkages between producers, processors, consumers, and business owners, including mentoring and coaching.
The above-mentioned programs are delivered by highly qualified technical team that has a combined experience of over 30 years in multiple sectors, (i.e., public, and private) including public policy, economic & enterprise development, program management, training, education, health, finance and accounting, leadership, governance, Agriculture, institutional development, and international development & partnership.
